Future Edge Therapy Ltd Terms of Service
STANDARD TERMS OF
FUTURE EDGE THERAPY of BEDFORD HEIGHTS, BRICKHILL DRIVE, BEDFORD, MK41 7PH (“we” or “us”)
WHERE TO FIND INFORMATION ABOUT US AND OUR SERVICES
Before engaging with our services, you can find all the essential information about Future Edge Therapy Ltd and the services we offer on our website. After you request/book our services, we will confirm the key details to you in writing via email.
BY PURCHASING SERVICES FROM US, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
We accept your request/booking when we deliver the service and confirm the delivery to you via email.
SOMETIMES WE REJECT REQUESTS, for example:
- If a potential client does not provide sufficient information about their needs or circumstances relevant to therapy or coaching.
- If a client does not agree to our standard terms and conditions, including cancellation policies or payment terms.
- If we are unable to accommodate new clients due to scheduling constraints
- If there are health concerns that pose a risk to the client or others during in-person sessions.
- If a potential client exhibits aggressive or inappropriate behaviour during initial communications.
- If the requested services fall outside our qualifications or professional expertise.
- If providing services would violate legal obligations or ethical guidelines, such as conflicts of interest.
We strive for transparency and will communicate clearly with clients if their request is rejected, ensuring that all reasons are documented.
WE CHARGE YOU WHEN WE ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING
Payment will be processed at the time we confirm the delivery of our services to you. This ensures that you are fully informed and have agreed to our terms before any charges are made.
WE CHARGE INTEREST ON LATE PAYMENTS
If we are unable to collect any payment you owe us, we will charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 4% per year above the current Bank of England base rate. This interest will accrue daily from the due date until the overdue amount is paid in full, whether the payment occurs before or after any legal judgment. You will be responsible for paying the interest along with the overdue amount.
WE’RE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
If the supply of your service is delayed due to an event beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay. As long as we communicate with you and make efforts to address the situation, we will not be liable for any compensation related to the delay.
However, if the delay is likely to be substantial, you have the option to contact our team at info@future-edgetherapy.co.uk to terminate the contract and receive a refund for any services paid for in advance but not yet delivered, minus any reasonable costs we have already incurred.
YOU HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
For most of our services, you have 14 days from the date we confirm your booking to change your mind. However:
- You lose the right to cancel any service once it has been completed, and you must pay for any services provided up to the point of cancellation. ● You agree that we can begin providing the services before the cancellation period expires. If you cancel after the services have started but before they have been fully performed, you will be responsible for paying for the portion of the service that has been supplied. The amount payable will be calculated in proportion to the services rendered compared to the full terms of the contract. ● You cannot cancel a booking for services less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
HOW TO LET US KNOW AND WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
If you change your mind, please contact our team at info@future-edgetherapy.co.uk or reach us by phone at 07970 011235.
We will process your refund as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and we do not charge any fees for processing refunds.
You agree that we may begin providing digital content not on a tangible medium before the end of the cancellation period mentioned above. By doing so, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel in relation to such digital content.
YOU CAN END AN ONGOING CONTRACT (FIND OUT HOW)
We will inform you when and how you can terminate an ongoing contract with us (such as for regular services) during the booking process, and we will confirm this information to you in writing once your booking is accepted. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our team at info@future-edgetherapy.co.uk .

- If a specific time for service has not been agreed upon, it must be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
We can change services and these terms.
CHANGES WE CAN ALWAYS MAKE
We can make changes to a service:
- To reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
- To implement minor technical adjustments and improvements, such as addressing security threats. These changes will not affect your use of the service.
CHANGES WE CAN ONLY MAKE WITH NOTICE
We can also make the following types of changes to the service or these terms. If we do, we will notify you, and you will have the option to contact our team at info@future-edgetherapy.co.uk to terminate the contract before the change takes effect. You’ll receive a refund for any services you have paid for in advance but not yet received.

We reserve the right to suspend the supply of a service. We may do this to:
- Address technical problems or make minor technical changes.

- Implement changes to the service.
WE LET YOU KNOW, MAY ADJUST THE PRICE, AND MAY ALLOW YOU TO TERMINATE
We will contact you in advance to inform you if we are suspending services, unless the situation is urgent or an emergency. If we suspend the service for longer than 14 days in any 30-day period, we will adjust the price so that you do not pay for the service while it is suspended. WE CAN END OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

- You don’t make any payment to us when it’s due, and you still don’t make payment within 14 days of our reminding you that payment is due;
- You don’t, within a reasonable time (generally 7 days) of us asking for it, provide us with information, cooperation, or access that we need to provide the service, for example, relevant health information or access to necessary resources;
- You cancel the session less than 24 hours in advance without a valid reason.
WE DON’T COMPENSATE YOU FOR ALL LOSSES CAUSED BY US OR OUR SERVICES
We are responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this contract unless the loss is:
- Unexpected: It was not obvious that it would happen, and nothing you communicated to us prior to our service agreement indicated we should have anticipated it (therefore, the loss was unforeseeable).
- Caused by a delaying event outside our control: This includes events such as natural disasters or emergencies that prevent us from delivering our services as agreed.
- Avoidable: Any loss that could have been avoided by you taking reasonable action, including following our guidance and instructions.
- A business loss: If the loss relates to your use of our services for business purposes, including any professional practice or trade.

Additionally, if you are located outside the UK, you may bring claims against us in the courts of your country of residence. We can also claim against you in the courts of the country where you live.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS APPLY TO OUR CONTRACT
We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for supplying your service.
We’ll tell you in writing if this happens and we’ll ensure that the transfer won’t affect your rights under the contract.
You can only transfer your contract with us to someone else if we agree to this.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to sign-off on ending or changing it.
If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (like paying) or for doing something you’re not allowed to, but that doesn’t mean we can’t do it later.
